I learnt so much from SheCodes Plus and improved on my skills with each lesson, with the help of my excellent instructor, Matt, and the entire SheCodes team.

This was a fun extension to solidify web design skills in order to understand what is happening if I use a tool like bootstrap.

It hasnt even been two weeks since I joined SheCodes and the amount of confidence I feel knowing that I can do this! The slack community is genuine and it feels like we in it together and winning. Matt is great at teaching, I have no prior experience but I have learned so much and because you get challenges and homework you not spoon fed anything. Honestly enjoying.

Definitely worth it. You learn best practices from the onset that will remain with you as you venture out, as a developer.

Very good to solidify and practice all the concepts of React.

Great Course! I had a lot of fun!

I liked this project a lot! In the first place because I like languages and dictionaries and I had a lot of fun creating 'my own' dictionary, but also because I got to practice a lot with API-calls, looping through arrays and creating and linking new components. Great course!

It is a great feeling to have finished the last SheCodes workshop. Thanks to these workshops I started coding and gathered a lot of experience in front-end development. I feel confident of my skills in responsive web development and React now. SheCodes made me realize that a career in tech is actually quite a good fit for me. So I have quit working as a journalist and have started coding. Now I want to dig even deeper: I am currently attending a coding school (Codecool) in Vienna to become a fullstack developer. I can't wait to start working in tech. ☺️

Matt is a great instructor and the lessons are well-organized and extremely easy to understand. I love the challenges after each lesson. I am glad I joined this workshop and I'm motivated to go ahead!

Just finished the SheCodes Basics Add-on. It was very informative and I learned some useful tricks! Would recommend this for anyone wanting to learn some more technical CSS functions 😊

I really enjoyed the Response workshop, it was challenging but worth it at the end. Seeing a website that was built by me is exciting and awesome. Coding is challenging and something I never dreamed I'd be able to learn but I had so much fun working through these projects and learning that I could do it. I feel confident enough in what I've learned to use this knowledge as a creative outlet and I'm very excited to start building my own designs and projects.

That's a great course that I really liked😀 I found here a lot of useful and detailed information. And that's great that here students have the possibility to create their own projects. It's a great chance to learn HTML and CSS in more detail and of course to learn how to use JavaScript.👍👍

SheCodes Responsive was by far my favorite learning workshop so far. I felt I was able to dive into my creative side and also my coding side to develop my portfolio website. It was fun, challenging and I was able to learn a lot about what a responsive website is whether for a mobile phone or tablet.

Every week I learn lessons and take challenge. This make me more passionate in coding.

Project Completed! I am so exited that I have now finished SheCodes Responsive! My first multipage website of many to come is done. This program was challenging in such a new direction. I loved becoming familiar with Bootstrap and GitHub to see everything come together slowly but surely.

Great addition to the basics course! It was very helpful to be walked through the project as I was doing it.

I find SheCodes to be a super cool resource for those who are about to learn how to code - all the instructions and guidelines are easy to understand, support is great, and you feel encouraged to learn more and more every time. It's fascinating because today I'm submitting my first important project -- I had to use my knowledge of HTML, CSS and JS -- and two weeks ago I didn't know anything about coding! I highly recommend SheCodes! :)

I'm thrilled to announce that I've just earned my SheCodes Basic certification! The learning experience was nothing short of amazing - the short, interactive videos and hands-on coding exercises made it both fun and practical. I was able to absorb each lesson quickly and immediately apply it to real-world scenarios. This certification has not only boosted my knowledge and skills but also my confidence in tackling my fear for the tech field. Excited to put my new expertise into action!

The clock app was tricky but fun! Lots of new techniques discovered. Honestly, I re-did this probably 3 times because I was trying one way and then went another. As always, great course!

SheCodes was definitely not an easy course. It was fun and a really great experience to understand a bit of what front-end developers do on a daily basis! I will continue to learn if time lets me! I did learn a ton and Matt is great instructor!

I loved learning new css techniques! This class made it so easy and fun to learn.

I can't express how much of a good instructor Matt is. The lessons were extremely easy to understand, and even when the concept itself was difficult, he made sure to break it down and explain it step by step, so one can gain full comprehension of what is being taught. 10/10 recommend.

I really enjoyed the basics class. I took both python and java during my masters and I feel that I learned more in this one she codes than I did in my ten week masters course.

I've wanted to lay my hands on HTML+CSS for a while now, and this course was a perfect way to quickly learn everything I was interested in. Not sure if it will suit or be as helpful to complete beginners, but it's neatly structured, and the pace is comfortable.

I had a great time in this course. I think it was very easy to follow along to and i was able to learn so much in such a short period of time.

I tried out SheCodes because I wanted to get a taste for the subject of coding and see if I liked it without spending big amounts of money to go to a university. Matt does a great job of making the lessons understandable while still providing little challenges that push you to explore further and keep you engaged in the material.

I started this workshop with no experience at all and I was super surprised by how easy it was to learn everything! Every subject is divided up into very small concepts that you learn and then do an exercise which really helps to absorb the information! The Slack chat is also very helpful, almost all the questions I had had already been answered there. The workshop is very hands-on and it made me feel super proud of myself!

Going through SheCodes has made me realize how possible it is to come from a non-tech background and become a front-end developer. It has given me the starting steps to a career in web development which I will continue to grow. But I couldn't have done it without SheCodes and the guidance from Matt. I really recommend this course for any newbie who wants to step into the waters of web development. I guarantee that you will not regret the decision.

This is definitely the best coding platform.

SheCodes basic makes learning code from scratch super easy! Matt shows you how to do certain things but then also shows you how to look up other things to become a more independent coder!

This course is much harder then Basics, but I've learnt a lot and want to continue this journey. I find it useful and challenging.

Having no prior experience with the tools introduced in this workshop (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript), I recommend it to anyone who wants to add a little bit of spark to their everyday lives.

What seems to be complex coding is broken down to easier pieces to understand. Always satisfying to be finish the workshop with more knowledge and a fun working app added to my coding portfolio.

This workshop was great for getting more comfortable with React and adding another project to my portfolio to show future employers. It makes you feel more confident with this new skill you are learning and prepares you for doing your own personal projects in the future.

This Basics Add On was as expected another challenging coding experience. The way Matt breaks down everything into small steps and explains all the logic into it, it really makes it easier. Looking forward for the next workshop!

Really enjoyed the course, a great introduction for a complete beginner

React is not an easy tool and certainly requires a lot of practice, but the project touched plenty of functions, tools and errors that may happen. The Slack help was certainly a plus with some VSC errors with react.

I just finished the Shecodes Pro and it was an amazing opportunity for me to dive into the programming world, and I learned a ton! The course content was really easy to follow and covered a lot of essential topics. Matt is a great intructor, and the support team was always available to answer my questions, which made learning a lot of fun. The hands-on approach was super helpful, and it gave me the confidence to take on more complex projects. Shecode showed me that coding is for women too, and that it can be a pink and colorful world! I loved how inclusive and supportive the course was, and it really gave me the confidence to pursue coding as a career. You all are doing an awesome job breaking down barriers and making tech more accessible to everyone.

You can do things at your own pace and always go back to watch videos if you need a refresher. You also get support from other students if you need help at any moment.

I've been interested in coding since high school but couldn't join due to my athletic schedule. When I discovered SheCodes through Instagram after graduating from college, I did my research and decided to go for it! I really enjoyed my time learning with SheCodes Basics and can't wait to move on to the next level and eventually break into tech!

I loved getting comfortable with React a second time around. As I am building my portfolio, I am realizing how much I have enjoyed making my Add-Ons projects! I can just see my progression with coding and can't wait to learn more and more!

It was incredible to understand how the APIs work and how to apply them in Js, all the videos were very well explained and the final project was perfect for this level of study.
