Its a easy, but comprehensive course. I really enjoyed the simplicity, but the review of options to show the coder that there is a lot of flexibility within the codes.
Basic Plus helped me practice what I learned previously and enhance my coding skills. Matt is an amazing teacher! He takes you through each skill step by step and ensures you understand the project as a whole as well as in detail. I highly recommend. ๐
Another great course by Matt and the SheCodes crew! This add-on helped to further build and expand on the HTML, CSS and Javascript skills learned in the SheCodes Basics. The final project was a lot of fun to create!

That's it! I've just finished the "React" workshop on SheCodes! Despite achieving a milestone, I feel like this is only the very beginning of my lifelong coding journey, and I have a new challenge ahead - to find my first role as a Frontend / Web Developer.

This workshop was challenging in a fun way and pushes you to learn extensively throughout the explanative videos. While I still do not 100% understand all of the Javascript and function creations have done throughout the project, it was an extremely rewarding feeling following the SheCodes API and putting in the correct conditions. I'm glad it was broken down into multi-week portions as it was HEFTY. I am grateful for the experience and have a project I can look back on and go "Oh yeah we did this here" and I get to dissect it even further while going deeper into learning code. It makes me appreciate the individuals who do this for a living. Hopefully, I too will get to the point where everything "just clicks" as it does for Matt Delac in his informative videos!

I am learning more and more with SheCodes and this Responsive Workshop only solidified my decision to keep up with coding. I really enjoyed learning how to make my own homepage, and now hope to do it more in the future!
I am beyond grateful for my experience with SheCodes Plus. After completing SheCodes Basics, I knew I wanted to continue learning and expanding my coding knowledge. The course material was challenging yet incredibly rewarding, and the assignments and project allowed me to apply my newfound knowledge in a practical way. I also appreciated the sense of community within the program and the support from other students in the Slack group. Overall, SheCodes Plus was an amazing experience, and I feel confident in my ability to continue learning and growing as a developer.
The 7 weeks were pretty stressful, but it takes a lot of dedication and navigating to figure out your own code. I successfully learned API, what to do to create and link my javascript code to the openweathermap.com, how to successfully host my website on Netlify, and to push my commits on GitHub.
The workshops are amazing and was easy to follow along, I loved the challenges after each new topic as well so that you can apply it right away.
Learning to code can be scary, but the SheCodes workshop makes it fun and interactive. Is basic enough for someone that has never code in their life, but interesting and fun for those who have played around with codes before in a non-professional way. I feel confident now to continue my new journey as a web developer student.
I chose this course because it fulfils a path already taken in programming. The lessons are easy to follow and can be adapted to one's own schedule. The notions are explained in a clear and simple way. The deadlines and exercises are very helpful.
As I continue my journey into coding, the projects become more engaging and exciting! Looking forward to the rest of my journey.

SheCodes helps break down learning to code into simple quick lessons. What I liked about this course versus others was the coursework wasn't copying the lesson code from each lesson verbatim.

It was a little bit complecated but I enjoyed every moment. Thank you for this interesting jorney. With some topics I was a bit confused but I think that the more practice will give me full understanding.and unfortunately I didn't make the final project as I wanted to because I didn't enought time to impove it (for personal reasons). But I hope I will do my best to impove the final project later.

Before shecodes ,learning how to code seemed like a very difficult task for me but shecodes provided a great opportunity for me where I could learn html,css,javascript without struggle.Also the step by step approach and the challenges at the end of each week helped me to understand each lesson thoroughly before moving on to the next lesson.The project at the end of the course allowed me to use my creativity and review what I had learnt so far.All in all,I highly recommend this course to whoever is at the beginning of their coding journey.
This course was the most difficult, but with Matt's good explanation everything became clear. Sometimes I got stuck trying to figure out how to fix or do something. In general, I am satisfied with the work done and my project made in React. Matt is an excellent teacher and in this course helped to understand the main features of working on React. For decades I have been trying to find out what I would like to do as a potential carrier. Since I did not believe on myself, each day I was repeating the same thing that I was knowing how to do it the best but I was not enjoying it anymore. But there is something about SheCodes that empowers me and For the very first time, I am genuinely excited about what I am doing.
I have been learning to code for a few years now. I have taken other coding bootcamps, but SheCodes is by far the easiest to understand. It is very hands on which I love.

This course was so much fun! Matt does a great job of explaining the processes and the step by step projects are great for active learning. Since starting this course I have definitely decided to start moving towards a career in front end development/web design.

This course was soo great! I've tried to learn coding before but have never found a course as well structured out as this one! I was really excited each week to learn and submit my solutions. I thought coding would be impenetrable and stressful but SheCodes surprisingly changed my mind in beginner's 3weeks. Even the whole course is self-paced, I completed without any hitch(like I left behind or smth). It's so fun!!! I am now edger to keep learning from the further courses.
Challenging but rewarding course learning how to intergrade API and dive deeper into JavaScript.

This course is perfect if you don't have any kind of coding-related knowledge. It gives you the tools to understand if this is the best route for you. The little exercises after each unit are exciting and challenging and they show you that a lot can be done by self-teaching. I recommend this for those who want to jump-start their coding journey.
The React add-on helped me understand React a little more and made me more comfortable with the creation of components. I ended up creating an app I am proud to showcase in my portfolio.
I had no idea what coding could mean before i joined the 60 minutes SheCodes class. I found the introduction to it so entertaining and well explained so i decided to start the SheCodes basics course right away , it was amazing , i learned so much in this 3 weeks !!!

Enjoyed making the weather app using this workshop. It was fun integrating an API to make your own app that suits your needs. Although it was challenging to make the app work sometimes the final result was worth it.

SheCodes Responsive has been my FAVORITE course so far! Going from making single page websites to having a full blown site with multiple pages that responds to different screens and is optimized for Google SEO.... in about three weeks of full time work? I cannot recommend Matt and the SheCodes team enough!

I had a really great time learning HTML, CSS and JS in this workshop. I liked the assignments we got, they left us with full room for creativity and our imagination to design them the way we like. I loved how detailed the tutorials were, Matt is an excellent educator. Overall, this course really helped me learn something new without getting overwhelmed!

The SheCodes React course was the most difficult and I still have a lot to learn; however, it was informative and tons of fun building new sites. I hope to change careers in the near future. My husband is a front-end designer-developer and he kept telling me that I should look into coding but I didn't have time until we moved to Spain. He was right: I love coding!! For anyone who wants to start learning code, this workshop is very interesting. You will be challenged with different exercises, and everything is well explained, homework and deadlines are good for keep focus. You can make your own portfolio.
I couldn't say how SheCodes can help you to improve your skills in programming and you can't imagine what a up to date techniques I have learned with it.
I have learnt a lot from this workshop the foundation of creating a website and I enjoyed every challenge and will make sure I pass the knowledge to others, and I am going to learn more about it as I would like to be a web developer.

Amazing learning a lot of new code. I especially enjoyed all the new tools we got to work woth during this course, that makes coding easier and more manageble. Weather forecast is maybe not what interests me the most, so in that sense the motivaton was not at its highets, but I very much enjoyed working with bootstrap and githup and learning to host webpages.
Basics Add-On project was very fun to do! This workshop taught me once again many new and useful skills. It was rewarding to notice that it was easy to learn new - like it was with Basics workshop.
