The Plus workshop lessons are clear, broken down in such a way that, even though there were moments I felt lost, when the topics got more advanced, it made learning to code feel achievable. The step-by-step guidance and hands-on challenges kept me motivated. Each small win gave me more confidence. What once felt impossible now feels exciting!

This course was a great experience for me. The content was really interesting and covered exactly what I needed to learn. I just concluded the SheCode Plus Eight-Week Workshop. Honestly, it was quite challenging, but the great thing is, after going through all the motions and being determined to finish and now seeing the Weather App I created, I am so happy. On to the next Workshop. A big thank you to Matt and the rest of the team.

The Advanced Web Development course was a turning point in my journey as a front-end developer. One of the most exciting projects I worked on during the course was building a fully functional World Clock web application. Through this hands-on project, I deepened my understanding of JavaScript, plugin's and dynamic DOM manipulation. This course not only strengthened my technical skills but also boosted my confidence to work on real-world web applications. The curriculum was structured to provide both foundational concepts and advanced problem-solving techniques. I now feel equipped to take on complex front-end projects and contribute meaningfully in a professional setting.

It's exciting to make a functioning web app with an AI API.

javascript was challenging, i had given up but this is my future so i came back and restarted from lesson 1 of JS again to not miss out on important information. i finally understood and my passion came back. so word of the day is DO NOT QUIT rather TRY AGAIN

I’ve really enjoyed the advanced Python workshop overall, most of the weeks were super engaging and well-structured. That said, Weeks 4 and 5 didn’t quite hit the mark for me. They felt a bit tedious and could have definitely been more interactive. Still giving it a 4 because the rest of the course (and the previous Python workshops) have been excellent!

The SheCodes Add-on helped me improve my coding skills in a fun and easy way. The lessons were clear, and I loved building real projects. It made me feel more confident with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to learn more after the basic workshops.

One Step Closer! I thoroughly enjoyed the Add On lessons because it enhances what was taught in the introduction lesson.

Before taking this course, I knew some basics of coding, but I never knew how to apply it or how to style the pages with the codes. Before starting this workshop, I never imagined I’d be able to create the kinds of websites I’ve built now. Thanks to this journey, I’ve discovered skills I didn’t even know I had. It’s helped me grow not only technically, but also creatively, I’ve learned to go beyond just delivering a working page and to actually make something beautiful and expressive. Loved the advanced python course learnt soo much and I highly recommend

The lessons were clear and easy to follow. I was genuinely impressed by the amount of help and support I received from both the team and fellow students on Slack. Since I work over 50 hours a week, I'm incredibly grateful for the strong support system, it made a huge difference in helping me stay on track.

I recently completed the World Clock project as part of my web development course, and I’m incredibly proud of the result! This course helped me not only strengthen my HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills but also learn how to work with external libraries like Moment.js and Moment Timezone. Throughout the project, I overcame challenges related to styling, file structure, and dynamic time updates — and now my app displays live time in different cities with a polished, clean design. A fun and adaptable final project with room for design choice & experience in APIs

This was a truly enjoyable and insightful challenge. I loved combining creativity with coding while learning how to build a responsive, theme-switching landing page from scratch. It helped me practice important front-end concepts like CSS transforms, background properties and JavaScript interactivity. I especially appreciated the opportunity to celebrate women in tech through my design. Thank you for such an inspiring and fun project.

As mentioned in previous testimonials, Mathematics has never been my strongest subject. With this workshop, I have unlocked some capabilities when it comes to handling data. Sometimes it is fun and certainly is with this workshop thanks to Matt's teaching method.

I enjoyed being able to play while learning. In most cases I took it a step further than what I should have with the challenges, but I enjoyed them non the less. For a beginner level with the most fundamental knowledge, this is a decent course. Can't say anything about if it's worth investing, since I'm on a full scholarship, but if you have the means to buy it, I say do it.

I was very nervous about starting the course, as I'd had very little experience with coding of any sort, but it was easy to follow along. At times, I did start to feel a little overwhelmed, but re-watching the videos and doing each course over the period of a week helped a lot as it meant I could take my time with it.
