The React workshop was not my favorite part of the workshop. I found it quite confusing, especially when it came to setting up the environment and understanding how everything fits together. Iβm still in the process of grasping its concepts, and honestly, I havenβt enjoyed it much so far. That said, I am willing to give it time and grace, and I believe that with continued practice and patience, I will eventually make progress and become more comfortable with React.
This AI project was so much fun. I enjoyed it very much.

Highly recommend adding this additional Basics Add-on option. The project could be about anything you wanted to code about which only made it easier because you had the freedom to select the topic.

This has been a fun course. I would recommend it to anyone who would like to explore the possibilities of integrating AI into coding.
It was a good learning curve adjusting the code of my vanilla JS weather app to React. I built it with Vite since the suggested create-react-app has been deprecated, and the tutorial videos of this workshop haven't been updated in a few years it seems, so I wanted to try to learn up-to-date methods, which meant using React, Vite and Netlify documentation and YouTube videos to learn what I needed to complete this project in React.
A practical hands on approach to advanced python. Navigating the more complex tasks was really rewarding. Visualising data sets in a variety of ways highlights the real world application of python and provides a understanding of big data sets. Excellent guidance on how to develop and improve code to a professional standard.
The SheCodes React course was challenging and moved quickly. While the early weeks felt a little disorganized and not always aligned with the homework, the last two weeks returned to the strong SheCodes style Iβve seen in other classes, walking us through an app step by step. In the end, I gained the core React foundations I need for front-end development. If youβre considering it, expect a steep learning curve, but itβs worth it.
I am a physical therapist who has always been curious about how things work. I started building computers when I was young but coding seemed a lot harder. I am so glad I can finally understand how the basics work and I cannot wait to learn more.

I found this Coding Challenge very fun. Challenging...but fun, I got frustrated when the API Key wasn't working but i'm so happy that my code is seamless.

Taking part in the SheCodes Basics workshop has been such a rewarding experience for me. As a Bachelor of Science student in Physical Sciences, Iβve always loved problem-solving and critical thinking, but I never thought I would enjoy coding this much. SheCodes introduced me to HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in a way that was simple, practical, and fun. The lessons were very clear, and the hands-on projects helped me see how coding can bring ideas to life. What stood out the most was how creative coding can be. Coming from a science background, I usually work with numbers, experiments, and analysis, but SheCodes showed me that coding is another powerful tool I can use to build, design, and solve problems in new ways. I really enjoyed being able to completely work on a project from wireframe to deployment. Integrating two new API's in one website was a challenge - but now I know I can do it!

This was another great project to develop my coding skills. I enjoyed building on skills from other workshops, and found it interesting how to manipulate images to make them more appropriate for a hero/footer.

I am very thrilled to have finished my course. It took a lot from me but Matt Delac's guidance I was able to complete the course. I have learnt a lot and upskilled myself. Now I am able to work with API which was one the interesting lessons I have touched. Not mentioning that I know now how to deploy my work Netlify and also use GitHub which is fun and very interesting. I walk away with so much knowledge and a smile on myself because I was patient with myself and was able to do it. Big ups to SheCodes from giving people like me an opportunity to learn and upskill themselves
During the She Codes advanced Python course, I really enjoyed learning how to work with data and create graphs. It was fun to actually visualize the information in a way that made sense. At the same time, I found it quite challenging to manage lists and dictionaries correctly and to make sure the indentation was right, since that often affects how the code runs. Overall, the course pushed me to think more carefully about how my code is structured, and I feel proud of what I was able to build. This course challenged me to be more thoughtful about code structure and best practices, and Iβm proud of the projects I completed.
