As with the Basic and Basic Add-On courses, It was super fun and I learned a lot, Matt's videos were very well done and easy to understand, while still leaving enough of a challenge for you to problem solve and learn!! I also had a blast working on the final project!! I super excited to start my next course after the summer!!!

I did not know how to develop websites and it was my dream , thanks to Shecodes i can now do it
The World Clock project was by far one of my favourites so far! I really enjoyed learning creating Select elements, timing JS events and exploring what Moment.js can do. It's so eye-opening and exciting getting to understand all these concepts and then practicing it yourself.
With these workshop i was able to get basic knowledge of JavaScript and how it would be applicable on a landing page
The SheCodes Plus workshop was brilliant. I enjoyed how it kept me on my toes, encouraging me to code every day. Some parts were challenging no doubt, but what's coding without the challenges? I learned a lot. I practised a lot. I am absolutely in love with JS now. Cannot wait to use my skills to build some more exciting projects. The add-on project gives further insights into how to manipulate time. It was a fun project but I think it could be more challenging.
Overall, this is a pretty good course. I definitely learned a few new things.
Loved this workshop I definitely enjoy coding and I am glad that I signed up. I know know way more than what I started with and can add these skills to my resume which I am super excited about! I would recommend this to someone who wants to try out coding, it doesn't take long and you are guided the entire way through.

This React workshop was challenging, but rewarding, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to excel in React development! This course was definetly not easy. But I look forwrd to continuing my learning through platforms like codeacademy and freecodecamp. I look forward to finding employment soon! AFter taking a few of these sehcodes bootcamp courses I happy and yet sad to say this is my last semester. This course will be the last course I take in SheCodes because soon I will find employment. But if it wasn't for shecodes literally teaching me everything I know it wouldn't be possible. I am so thankful and grateful that shecodes exists. As well as even more thannkful the courses were affordable enough to enroll into the bootcamps.
These lessons were extremely helpful as well as challenging.
In a stressful and now and then challenging everyday life, I'm glad to have found Matt & thus SheCodes & his team - or rather the advertising has found me through the algorhythm on Instagram ;) - so this suggests that my interests match. The course is wonderfully designed - and although I've had touch points with the basics before, I'm very happy with the " bite-sized" lessons and follow-up mini-exercises and weekly tasks. It was a lot of fun and I'm already looking forward to the next workshop.

After finishing the Basic workshop I was left longing for more so I joined the add-on workshop and developed an even deeper knowledge of basic coding.
I learned a lot where I got to set up and make sure that the page is SEO friendly and very responsive. I also learnt how to be patient and how to debbug more. Very insightful and informative. Thank you once again for the opportunity.

A useful course for moving from beginner to more advanced front-end programming skills. In my opinion, there are some unnecessary repetitions and tasks that do not make sense (for example, overloading the code with elements that do not affect anything). But despite this, the acquired skills are worth it. Thank you.
My name is Sthandiwe Msweli from South Africa and my coding journey so far has been amazing. So before I started coding I graduated in Business and information Manangement and I was not happy with what I've studyed but because I wanted to have a qulification and get a job so I can earn a living so i went on with it. Fast cracking my story after I graduated had no luck in finding a job so after a year, on my second year of staying at home without any luck of getting a job, I did a free trail in coding on some bootcamp and I fall inlove with it but to enroll to that bootcamp you needed funding which I did'nt have. So I did my reserch and I ended up founding Delac Foundation that when I start my coding journey and it has been a wonderful journey and I thank the Lord for this opportunity still on it and excicted for more learning and more adventure in coding π plus I have completed my shecodes plus it was challenging but yet amazing experience the fact that I now have my first project that operates with real life data it amazes me Iβm learning a lot can not wait for my next lessons and project β€οΈ

This was a great course! I loved being able to build on the tools and techniques from the previous course while increasing the functionality of a website.
This is a great opportunity to test your capability and see how far you can go. Every week became challenging but that did not stop me as I would take my time as the program allowed me to work at my own pase. This opportunity has showed me that there is still more to learn to become a developer and the reward is seeing your own work come alive.
The videos are easy to follow and keep you motivated to want to do more. I finished the basic course within a week. That's how fun it was. Can't wait to learn how to do even more stuff with CSS, HTML and JavaScript.

it was a really challenging stage using React for the first time, it wasnt easy but it is definitely worth it. I learnt so much and it is truly amazing.
I do appreciate the high quality of the course. Video-lessons are beginner-friendly and well-structured. You go thought plenty of exercises during the course, so you practice mostly. All questions i had always were answered on Slack channel or through Athena AI. I do like to learn when it's interesting, fresh, practical, flexible, supportive. And all of this is about the course.
This was a fantastic introductory course. I feel I now have a fairly solid understanding of some concepts I had never encountered before, and am looking forward to building on those in the next course.
I've felt really secure the entire time and I could count even more with the Slack team to help me when I got stuck on my code. I'm really proud of my final project!
