I really enjoyed learning about React for this course. Having completed most of the workshops, I feel like I can really go far with Matt's knowledge and advice on coding. I don't think I would've been able to get this far in my coding journey otherwise and it was a pleasure to work on different projects under Matt's mentorship!

SheCodes Basics was a lot of fun and helped to fill in many gaps within my self-acquired knowledge of the basics of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. It has also given me a more comprehensive understanding of coding and what it can do. I am very thankful for the thorough explanations, the wonderful way the workshop is broken down into bite-size portions, and the fact that we are challenged and encouraged to interact further with the language beyond the lesson and make our own discoveries along the way. Assuring a student comprehends and has proper command over the language is something that is often overlooked in online workshops, so I very much appreciate Matt's method!
Technology and informatics wasn't really my thing in school but I am so glad I got out of my comfort zone and tried to learn the basics. It was really fun and I believe a pretty solid foundation. Looking forward to building on the knowledge I gained!

The most challenging course so far! I really wanted to learn react, it was undoubtedly the hardest course so far but also the most rewarding! I was a little sorry that the final project was again a weather app, but I understand since it touches on almost all the important points. Very happy to be on this journey and to keep learning! It wasn't an easy walk, but Matt explains it very well. I really enjoyed it.
What a great intro to coding! Really easy to follow along and loads of tips on how to work things out for yourself so you won't be stuck when you need to find something out in the future. But the Slack channel is also great to help you get started at first when you don't even know what you need to try and search for!
With every additional SheCodes workshop, I feel more and more ready to enter the tech industry.
