An essential course for coding beginners! I was already familiar with basic HTML and CSS through my web design background and back-end customization, but I now feel even more confident knowing the fundamentals of all 3 (HTML, CSS, and JS) and being more involved in the coding process for my clients. The lessons were all very informative and digestible. The Slack chat was also extremely helpful for any questions that I had.
As I know I am not alone in this crazy world, I am glad that I decided to dive into something foreign to continue to develop my future for the better! <3

This workshop was easy to follow and I enjoyed how it was broken down in sections.
I felt optimistic but a little intimidated to try "coding," but this workshop really allowed me to grasp the basics! I know there is still so much more to learn, but what I've learnt from this basic workshop has really helped me build a foundation for what's to come next. There were a few times I felt a little stumped by the different elements, but with Athena, the slack channel, and google I was able to figure it out.
Very good course. Clear presentation. I didn't even think that the front-end was so exciting. But it is so. Very, very interesting. I enjoy the learning process.

Another great workshop, more focused on HTML, CSS and pages/apps responsiveness. In this workshop I've learnt how to make my pages responsive. Which means that th pages/apps look good on every screen (from smaller to bigger screens and vice-versa). Loved taking the time to make my on Portfolio with all my previous projects. This final project really pushed me to be more creative and code on my own.

This workshop helps you learn how to create a nice looking website for any topic you desire with some pointers about how to use some handy CSS properties to make it look nice and Javascript to make it more interactive.
From knowing nothing about coding I was able to use HTML, CSS, and Java to code a great basic website. I look forward to continuing my coding journey with SheCodes to hopefully become a confident developer!
The responsive course was really fun to complete. All the information needed to complete the project was explained clearly in all the videos.

I had a bachelor's degree that I wasn't using and as a work-from-home mom, I was looking for a career change.
