Graduated high school with pretty good grades but decided to take a gap year to figure things out in terms of what i want for my future.Joined a few different courses then came across SheCodes and I instantly knew that this was something i would want to do and commit to.This is probably the best online coding platform for beginners literally set up to ensure you succeed.Thank you Matt and team.
When I started SheCodes I was a complete beginner. Now I have a basic understanding of what HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are, and I am able to put together a simple website. I've learned how to add links, images, and buttons to websites, and have prompts and alerts based on how the user responds. Matt makes learning easy and fun! The course work is well organized and easy to follow. There is always help available using the Slack app.
I did enjoy to build a new project, i am very happy with outcome :)
To be honest, this course was easier than SheCodes Plus. Of course, knowledge and confidence have already accumulated. In addition, there was no Java Script. Today JS is the most difficult for me. Another achievement I consider is that I already watch video lessons with virtually no translation. Itβs very interesting to watch how a whole website appears from a set of symbols, you feel like a magician. In Responsive you have to pay a lot of attention to detail; you have to redo many sections of the page several times, changing parameters for each screen size. I would like to express my gratitude to Met and the SheCodes team for the opportunity to learn. Of course, I definitely recommend these courses.
I think this workshop is really valuable - I learnt a lot and stayed motivated to study everyday. The challenges really keep you engaged, and each topic is well explained.
Learning to work with AIs has been way more fun than I was expecting, and a lot more accessible than I feared! I had a great time, and would encourage anyone to try it too.
This is very challenging but totally worth it.
SheCodes is a great way to get your feet wet in the coding world. Matt's videos are very helpful and I like the way it is laid out, it keeps you going when it can be so easy to push off. Having deadlines and being surrounded with people who are going thru this with you and all the help others can provide is just an amazing community to be a part of.
It was pretty tough but i was able to pull through and for every issue i overcame i felt really proud so im very grateful for sheCodes for giving me this oppotunity.

SheCodes has taught me so much already, a few weeks ago I would have had no clue where to start with coding and I've just built a page from scratch! I can't wait to keep learning more.
SheCodes is really that God sent angel we have been told about while growing up,from being a complete beginner to being someone who can maneuver around HTML,CSS& JAVASCRIPT.I really loved the lessons, they were very detailed and understandable. The fact that you are taught and given challenges so you can understand the context of the lesson is what helped me get to where i am, still looking for even more fruitful lesson.
I really enjoyed the Responsive Add-on. Having a break from JavaScript was welcome, but I also really enjoyed the reminder of how powerful just HTML and CSS can be; and how tricky they can be! Like the other SheCodes courses I've done so far, I'd highly recommend this one too.
The basics workshop was a great way to learn how to code from complete scratch with no prior knowledge!
I have always loved coding but had convinced myself it needed a genius and never thought I would find myself excited about an opportunity to code. I now find myself smiling at any coding challenge I encounter and the joy I get when my code produces results I can't even explain it but if I had to put it in words, I would say its like butterflies in my stomach. I have no prior experience with coding and Matt teaches you in a way that makes you feel like an advanced coder, not a beginner. Looking forward to walking this journey with my head held up high.

I had a difficult time starting out, but the practice videos and instructions were very helpful in getting me to improve. I had a lot of fun, despite the learning curve.

SheCodes React was quite challenging but worth it. Matt did a great job by giving a detailed and easy-to-understand explanation of React. I loved the experience. Being able to see the results as we code is so motivational as well as instructive.
She Codes plus was a lot more challenging than Basics but I can say that I have completed it with a weather app that I am extremely proud of.
This one was quite challenging with very dense information. I think it could've been spread out more into different themes/focuses with more gradual homework tasks towards the final project. Also The errors and experiments with the live coding were confusing. I would've much preferred a redo version. I also think the documentation is not always compatible with the material featured in the learning videos.
I had an amazing experience at the workshop! I learned a lot and it has inspired me to improve my coding skills even further. It has shown me that I am capable of understanding and excelling in coding. I am really looking forward to embarking on this coding journey and seeing where it takes me.

This course was fun, packed with information, and the pacing is just perfect! I found very quick help whenever I was stuck. In just three weeks, I learned new skills, and more importantly, I was taught how to research by myself how to do new things. I enjoyed building my final project so much. I can't wait to keep going !

Fun like the first one, explained very well too. Especially that we didn't only learn new things but also had time enough to train the stuff from the Basic course was great.
I absolutly loved doing the AI Add-on, the learning was as with the previous ones I've done very easy to follow, the challenges were incredibly helpful for putting into practice what I had just learnt and I found that I was noticing little errors in my work quicker and logically working out why something was not working. I really REALLY recommend this course, I had a lot of fun with the end project and wanted to make something that showed some of my Irish heritage, with my cheeky personality added in but also something that made people smile! Check out my project even if its just to add two minutes of sillyness to your day! Have fun with this project if you go on to do it! π
Although this course had a bit of a learning curve, it definitely was rewarding to see the final project come to life and pulling real-time data (that worked!). Overall, I am very satisfied with the course and pace... and now I can take these skills and continue building for more complex projects down the line.

This bootcamp is perfect for pushing and testing your knowledge. I found myself writing down topics for technical articles I could write after the bootcamp. It was the perfect mix of challenging and intriguing because I was able to understand the logic behind very complicated topics. 10/10 would recommend!
