This was hard, but it's a good skillset to learn. I will probably do this one a few more times until I feel more comfortable
I have thoroughly enjoyed the 8 weeks of SheCodes Plus and have grown in confidence every day. I especially enjoyed the repetition of the project in the final weeks as it allowed me to consolidate my understanding of the JavaScript. I can't wait to continue my coding journey. I really enjoyed the SheCodes Basics workshop. The homework was easy to do & each video was easy to follow through. I appreciated that they let us choose what we wanted our final project to be about. That made me even more motivated to complete it. I would recommend this workshop to anyone looking to learn the basics in front-end development.

To anyone is who is starting this amazing journey of coding, i'm going to say good luck and hang in there. i have been there too. i was not easy at all but i made it and so can you. There journey is tough but i learn a lot, make a responsive portfolio was not easy at all for me.. Yet i did. Enjoy every moment.
Much like the Basics workshop, the Plus workshop is very well structured and easy to follow. It is definitely a step up from Basics in terms of complexity but worth sticking with it - it makes sense eventually and is a very rewarding experience!
Creating a world clock using Moment.js, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML was a fun challenge! It felt like putting together pieces of a puzzle, and I got to use a lot of what I've learned before. I'm really happy with how it turned out.
It has been super fun sessions 🌟 Easy to follow on each videos. Having to figure out on each homework myself is the best way to understand and practice. Great instructor Matthieu Delac 🙌🏾 Thank you SheCodes! 😊

Great learning experience, all broken down into easy to follow steps and advice. Still hard-work but very satisfied when completing the final project.
I've got lost for many personal and pedagogical reasons in this project. Some passages are still foggy because of the very fast and unclear explanations. But I got there finally.
I have had a very enjoyable yet challenging experience. My love and interest for coding has grown during this course and i look forward to continuing this journey and becoming a developer .
I did enjoy this stage and the challenges. However some new concepts were introduced at the final stage of adding the forecast from the API which made me doubt my confidence. I did some personal research and was able to close some knowledge gaps however, I hope these new concepts will be further explained in later stages 😊.

It's a great experience and step by step I created this amazing weather app! There is a long way to go and learn lots of new things in JS and React. But this course is great way to show that step by step we can do this!

SheCodes plus was longer than SheCodes basic however it was still easy to follow (I was able to complete the workshop in just over 4 weeks!). I leveled up my html, css, and js skills by using new learned advanced techniques. Including how to input api data in js.
I am a 30-year-old black female who has done a BSc in Mathematics at the University of Cape Town. I am fascinated by mathematics and technology. I unfortunately could not finish my education due to my financial position and I am currently unemployed. Education and the acquisition of skills are two of my greatest passions. With all this said, I greatly appreciate SheCodes' assistance in bringing my dreams to fruition.
Thanks to Matt and the SheCodes support team's help I could understand and complete the program. It gets tricky as you advance but it was still enjoyable to learn.

SheCodes Basic has been nothing but one amazing experience, with a structured curriculum that made everything easy to learn and understand. I now have the confidence to explore more with code and creativity.
I had an amazing time learning how to code and challenging myself to finish my homework on time. The past few weeks have been an eye-opener and I learned to push myself and not give up when I felt stuck. Slack and Google were my friends throughout my journey, I was able to find solutions and other ways of coding which made me understand better and enabled me to try different things without any fear. I still have a long way but I am up for any challenge coming my way.
SheCodes Basic provided a comprehensive introduction to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic VS Code skills. The structured curriculum and hands-on projects equipped me with the foundational knowledge and confidence to pursue web development.

It was a challenging yet great experience, i had no knowledge about coding but matt really made my journey fun and nice. Now i have knowledge in HTML, CSS & JavaScript. The lessons were easy to do with the support of the community that is provided by SheCodes.
SheCodes has been instrumental in my learning journey, particularly in HTML, CSS, and Javascript. Prior to this, I had no knowledge of web design, and now I possess the skills to independently create a website from the ground up.
Wow! SheCodes Plus has been extremely challenging but equally fun! It took me longer than I would have liked, to complete the SheCodes Plus course, however I am happy to finally be graduating😁. Matt is an incredible instructor and has made the lessons quite easy to understand. It does become quite challenging and you'll have sleepless nights but the knowledge you gain from this course is something you won't regret.
Another cool ride through Tech. I really learnt a whole lot. I used to have problem understanding how to make a repo, commit my work to GitHub which was made simple in this course to understand! Learning how to host using Netlify is also awesome! I am just happy i made the decision to learn from SheCodes as it is making my journey in tech a sweet one. This workshop provided an opportunity how to practise our coding skills and build a landing page without bootstrap but achieving the same effect. Lots of new skills learned.
This was a fun additional workshop that initially wasn't available when I first finished SheCodes Plus; it is great that I was still able to access it. I am so grateful to Matt (and everyone at SheCodes) for providing such great content and for understanding those of us that really don't want to come up with our own designs! I can just concentrate on the code, and maybe refresh the design when I'm more confident/inspired.

I just completed my first project using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS! It was challenging at times but Matt provided all the core knowledge and tips I needed to achieve the landing page I wanted. I just finished SheCodes Plus and I can say that I loved it! It seemed like it was yesterday that I started the first workshop and now I am at the end of the second one. It was tricky at some point but I loved the fact that I created my own weather app from scratch. Thank you SheCodes and all the guys that are always super available to help you with everything😊
SheCodes plus has been a challenge, but the reward has been worth it! Matthieu is an excellent teacher, and I love that I can always replay the videos or ask the Slack Chat if I am in need of help. Very excited to continue on my SheCodes journey! 😊
This was a fun project to complete. The videos by Matt are easy to understand and follow. It's interesting using AI and learning how tricky wording can be to prompt the AI to do what you want. The possibilities are endless. I am looking forward to learning more on how to incorporate AI in future projects.
