The bootcamp was a great experience, it not only taught me the knowledge and skill needed, but it gave me a leg up that I need to change my career.

I definitely recommend shecodes, I tried a few workshops before finding shecodes and it never lasted, but the teaching method that Matt created here makes it much easier for anyone who has never seen programming or knows the basics.

I've really enjoyed my time on SheCodes Basics as it's helped me revise the core elements of all three HTML, CSS and Javascript. The pace, information shared and the continued assurance from Matt during the videos has been great. Give it a go and you'll never know, you might just be good at coding and want to continue on through the programme, like me!
It was confusing at first since this is my first time learning React but the explanation was clear that I was able to grasp the concept easier! Glad I took this course.

The dictionary project was a great tool for practicing everything we learned during the workshop. Learning to integrate multiple APIs was a valuable experience. Instructor Matt has a real gift for teaching. He is able to explain even difficult technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

SheCodes was an interesting experience, you can absolutely come in with zero knowledge and leave being able to code a weather app. I will see it does get much trickier and you rely on help a lot more near the end - but help is there :)
Definitely think react is challenging and difficult to understand, it took me sometime to finish this course, the support system of SheCodes makes a huge difference when you struggle.

I have learned so much whilst studying for the 'Responsive' part of the SheCodes course. I am confident using CSS and Bootstrap as well as being able to build multiple-page websites. This course has enabled me to build on previous lessons and hone my development skills.
The SheCodes Plus workshop was really challenging, but I have learned a lot from it. I now love working with CodeSandbox and managing my projects on GitHub. Over the past few weeks, I was not only introduced to JavaScript and advanced CSS, but I also learned how to work with APIs and GitHub, which were completely new to me. Completing my weather app has helped me understand certain concepts better and has also provided me with a tangible piece of work to showcase in my portfolio on GitHub and Netlify.
It was a super fun and exciting journey! This course opened my eyes and helped me to get a better understanding on how things are built on the front-end side

Around 6 years ago I graduated university with a MSc Computer Science. Since then I have been raising and working around my four children. As a beginner, it took me a bit longer than the expected time to complete the SheCodes Basics workshop. However, Matt's videos are well explained and really helpful. Also, the response time for questions is very fast (Thank you Britni!). I can't believe how much I learned in a short period of time. Even though my passion is not coding, there will practical uses for it in my business moving forward.
I decided to continue on with SheCodes and am continuing to learn much more. I am feeling like a developer the more I complete each lesson and challenge.
WOW~! I've never been so excited to finish a challenging project. The satisfaction of being able to create projects and design them myself is creatively stimulating. Can't wait to learn more!

Through this course I was able to learn things that are not learned in most courses, and the videos are well explained and not difficult to understand.
This Responsive Add-on workshop has been instrumental in expanding my skill set and deepening my understanding of responsive design. Through this experience, I've also strengthened my proficiency in CSS, independently of frameworks like Bootstrap.
I had fun learning to make grids and the dark theme button page. Also, the transformations with the pictures. Overall I am having fun and I can't wait to learn more.
