I’m so happy to have completed the SheCodes React Add-on and reached the end of my React journey with SheCodes! React has definitely been one of the more challenging technologies I’ve learned. I didn’t find it as easy to click with as some of the other languages I’ve worked with, and there were definitely moments where I felt frustrated or unsure of myself. But I kept working through the challenges, debugging my code, and trying to understand not just what was going wrong, but why. Throughout the React Add-on, I’ve gained a much better understanding of components, props, state, APIs, and how everything comes together to create a working application. I’ve also become much more comfortable with making mistakes, researching errors, and figuring things out for myself, which I know is such an important part of learning to code. I’m really proud of myself for sticking with React and finishing the course, especially when it didn’t always come easily. Looking back at where I started, I can see how much I’ve learned and how much more confident I am with coding. Completing this certificate feels like a really exciting milestone in my coding journey. I’m looking forward to taking everything I’ve learned from SheCodes and continuing to build my skills, create more projects, and see where my journey into tech takes me next!

I am grateful to have finally moved forward with my certificates, towards a greater achievement .This was indeed a great addition to the previous certificate and I have in a way upgraded my knowledge from the basics certificate .I am excited to continue learning and applying my skills in future tasks ,there still is a long way to go but I am excited to be on this journey with SheCodes.

Completing my final project for the SheCodes Basics workshop was such a rewarding experience. I built a webpage from scratch using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and it was exciting to see how the different pieces of code came together to create a functional and visually appealing website. Before starting the workshop, web development felt quite intimidating, but SheCodes made the learning process simple and enjoyable. I learned how to structure a webpage with HTML, style it with CSS, and add interactivity using JavaScript. I especially enjoyed being able to be creative with the design and make the project my own. Finishing this project gave me a real sense of accomplishment and increased my confidence in coding. It also motivated me to continue learning and exploring web development. I’m grateful to SheCodes for providing such a practical and beginner-friendly introduction to coding.

Everything makes more and more sense as you keep trying and discovering new stuff :) The course was very clear. Building our project along with the demo page built throughout the classes was really helpful!

It is hard to believe the level of comfort and confidence achieved over the past few courses leading up to this Responsive Add-On course. I'm blown away by the things that are just 'clicking' now that I had to think so hard about before. This is what I love most about how Matt has structured the course. I never once felt intimidated or overwhelmed by the mountain because he always keeps your focus on one foot in front of the other. The mountain is simply scaled on its own. The coding starts to flow..on its own. Fantastic feeling of accomplishment!

This course was so much fun! I learned a lot about AI and got to make a couple really cool websites. I'm excited to continue learning about AI in the other lessons!

A quick and informative class that teaches how to make a responsive landing page.

This workshop is full of information and challenging. As I decided not to use exactly the structure and layout shown in the videos and we were not using the same API, I challenged myself to find how to turn my idea into the requested Weather app. I liked solving the puzzle.

Another great add on course. Really enjoyed working on this final project!

Building the World Clock project was such an amazing experience! I loved learning how to work with Real Time zones using Moment.js and making the application fully interactive. Big thanks to Matt and the SheCodes team for making coding so clear and exciting!

A simple dictionary app with modern components.

It was very enjoyable and everything was explained well.

It is truly amazing what coding is like. It is like solving a puzzle, and everything is beautiful and flawless once everything is complete. I truly enjoy AI coding, as I got to understand the basic and underlying principles of coding. The lessons were not overwhelming and were easy to follow. You get to learn and apply what you have learnt in small pieces, instead of learning everything and applying everything at once.

I first observed the concrete behavior, the same app using two different technologies, and only afterward did I want the conceptual explanation. Understanding why something is useful is easier once i have already seen it work.

It is always good to learn something new. This did take me a while to complete but I am happy I was able to complete it.

This course helped me build on the skills I learned in the Responsive course by teaching me more advanced web design techniques. I learned to create responsive grids, work with tables and iframes, and use background images to enhance the look and functionality of websites. The hands-on projects gave me more confidence in creating responsive, professional-looking web pages.

This add-on was a lot of fun. Easy to follow instructions and rewarding to see it all come together at the end.

DEFINITELY by far the hardest module to complete. Nice way to use "save the [hardest] for last" here. Overall, the challenges were fun to build. Had some trouble with the initial setup of 'react' in the terminal along with the 'weather API' for the last 2 weeks of the build. With patience and carefully going through the lessons to comprehend which aspects of the SheCodes Weather API to integrate into the functions- it got better. Using 'console.log' helps a lot. After a minor meltdown, a few migraines and a total 'brain fry' moment, all is well.

This was an interesting add-on course that helped me improve and strengthen my basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills. I particularly enjoyed using code in a creative way and applying what I had learned to build an engaging project.
