It has not been an easy journey for past few weeks but with help of slack pupils and SheCodes team, I managed to get through.
The SheCodes React course has been the hardest one so far, no doubt about it. React is a powerful and in-demand framework, but getting the hang of it wasn’t easy. There were times when I felt really challenged, but the support from the team on Slack was absolutely amazing and helped me push through every hurdle. By the end of the course, I was able to build a fully functioning app on my own, and the sense of accomplishment was incredible. This course has brought me so much closer to my goal of becoming a professional developer, and even though it was tough, it was 100% worth it.
The SheCode program has been an absolute game-changer for me! Matt has a remarkable talent for breaking down complex coding concepts into easy-to-understand steps, which helped me overcome my overwhelming feelings about coding. A really great experience. I gained hands-on skills in HTML, CSS and Bootstrap, as much as SEO and user-friendly websites. Although I came across a few bugs and wasted some time working them out, each one turned out to be a valuable learning experience.

Over the last six weeks, diving into React has been a big challenge, pushing me to step out of my comfort zone. The learning curve was steep, and at times it felt overwhelming, but the material was incredibly useful. There's so much to absorb, and it can be hard to keep up, but Max's clear and thorough explanations made everything much more manageable. Despite the initial difficulties, I now feel more confident and excited about using React in future projects.

SheCodes React's learning structure is convenient to gain knowledge about web development which is somewhat different than other programming languages. The instructor has taught react so adaptable way that I was able to build the project accordingly.

I started the SheCodes journey with little coding knowledge but learned so much in one and a half weeks. I worked hard and dedicated my time to learning how to code and completing the SheCode basics, and I managed to finish all my tasks before the due dates. I'm going to continue improving my coding skills here on SheCodes. I really recommend it to anyone who wants to learn to code as a beginner.

I've just completed the Python Basics course, which I liked but didn’t love. The instructional videos with Matt were definitely educational, and I learned a lot of theory. However, I felt the course lacked practical exercises, which I believe is the most important aspect of coding. Some videos included homework that took only a few minutes, while others had no practice at all. As an absolute beginner, I managed to get through the course by copying Matt (and leaning on AI), but I don’t feel confident applying these skills in the real world.
I enjoyed the learning journey, it was truly amazing although at some point is was hard to continue and happy that I did not give up and was resilient. I'm glad to have completed this work, can't wait for more.

This is such a great course, which has taught me so much over the past 3 weeks. I would recommend this course to everyone! Matt is a great tutor and having the videos means you can refer back to them when necessary. Also, Slack is such a super resource and you can find the answer to most questions on there.
This Python Basics Workshop made everything clear and easy to grasp. I learned the core elements of Python, how to create logical operators, and how to use APIs to bring live data into my code. By the end, I was able to build a weather forecast app that updates in real time. The hands-on exercises really boosted my confidence, and now I feel ready to write my own code.
