i have always been interested in the tech industry and now that i have finished shecodes basics i feel that i am getting closer to realising my dream of being a woman in tech. i deeply appreciate this opportunity and i am going to work harder on the next workshop.

Learning React has humbled me! I found this course so challenging, but I feel like I've faced my React fears. I had to go through everything I learned a few times before this new style of coding came a bit more naturally to me. I can't wait to continue learning and see how these skills can help me and hopefully get me a job!

I found this workshop really beneficial in gaining a better understanding of the base structure and guiding principles of basic CSS/HTML/JavaScript, along with the added benefit of it being really fun to participate in! I really enjoyed all of the challenges and the final project, and I can see myself using what I've learnt here to better scope out improvement requests in my current role!

This has pushed me beyond my comfort zone, allowing me to explore new coding techniques and refine my problem-solving skills. The hands-on project have been instrumental in helping me apply theoretical knowledge in practical ways. I find myself becoming more confident with every line of code, as I continue to do complex tasks. Overall this has been a rewarding experience that keeps pushing my growth as a coder.

It was good but for the short one week deadline dates especially for Week1 content, over 22 Chapters.
Learning about AI integration & prompt engineering is something I didn't have expected in a frontend workshop. It was really fun & exciting trying to play around with the AI API & it definitely exposed me to the world of AI.
As I was inside a programming degree in the past, SheCodes helped me get back to all the concepts and rules that I had forgotten since then. With this course, I am now able to continue pursuing my path on the development side and also, help my developer colleagues when delivering my designs to them.

SheCodes Plus was more challenging than Basics, but I learned a lot! I fell behind a lot because of personal reasons, and I like that I could access the learning material at any stage and was not even removed from the program. Can't wait for the next one :)

I'm still amazed that I've come so far in coding. It might not be much to some people but to me it's a big deal. I can say "I'm a Coder" now 😊. Something that seemed so scary initially, but now it's so exciting and fun to do. Please don't get me wrong there definitely were challenges along the way but the more you understand the easier it gets. I kept going back to certain lessons/videos to understand better, it was worth it in the end. I'm really excited to learn more and looking forward to the next workshops which are the SheCodes Plus and SheCodes Plus Add-On.
A great introduction to coding. Doesn't prepare you to create a website but it gives you the knowledge of what to study and find free resources online.
The workshop simplified the concept of AI for me in a way I never imagined possible. I greatly enjoyed the Basic Shecodes course because I could instantly apply the theory I was learning. The explanations and suggestions were clear and concise. I also liked that there is a deadline for all projects, however, if you are struggling with external commitments, you can always apply for an extension.
