- Mash the chopped strawberries with sugar and lemon juice. Let them become syrupy.
- Whisk the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
- Pour half the mixture into a container.
- Add half of the strawberry syrup and swirl with a spoon.
- Repeat with the rest of the mixture and syrup.
- Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
