Fruit Salad

  • 1 cup slides strawberries. hulles and thinly sliced 🍓
  • 1 cup halved seedless green grapes
  • 1 cup halved seedless red grapes 🍇
  • 2 clementines, peeled and piths removed 🍊
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks 🍍
  • 3 medium kiwis, peeled and chopped 🥝
  • 6 ounces (1 cup) blueberries 🫐
  • 6 ounces (1 cup) blackberries
  • 1 heaping tbsp fresh, chopped basil or mint 🌿
  • You can add different varieties of fruits you would like to 🍉 🍌 🥭
  • Nuts (optional) 🌰

  • Fruit Salad Dressing

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice 🍋
  • 1 pot of Yogurt 🥛 or 1 tbsp maple syrup or 1 tbsp of honey 🍯
  • 1 tsp orange or lime zest

Instructions

Step 1:

Wash all the fruit thoroughly under cold water, prepare them and combine in a large bowl.

Step 2:

Prepare the dressing (lemon, honey,...) and toss sald to coat.

Step 3:

Serve chilled.
