Hi, my name is Rikke Juliane!
I’m on a journey to embrace change in my personal and professional life. Overcoming severe agoraphobia taught me to navigate within my comfort zone, but I’m determined to keep pushing past it.
In 2024, I began studying coding at Noroff University. Coding has become more than just a skill—it’s my path to confidence, independence, and thriving beyond just existing.
One of my greatest joys is Fie, my Maltipoo. Her playful energy and loyalty bring comfort and remind me that small moments of happiness build resilience.

Goal 1: Read 15 books

Goal 2: Workout 100 times in 2025
My goal for 2025 is to work out 100 times! That’s about two sessions a week, giving me plenty of flexibility to rest when I need it. This approach lets me stay consistent without being too hard on myself, keeping workouts fun and manageable.
Goal 3: Spend less money
This year, I want to focus on spending less and appreciating the value of what I already have. Instead of buying everything I want right away, I want to embrace the excitement of wishing for things, saving up, and making thoughtful decisions. I hope to build better habits and find joy in simplicity.
Goal 4: Mood tracker
I want to be more aware of my emotional well-being this year, so I’m introducing a daily mood tracker. By regularly checking in with myself, I can spot patterns, and take timely action to stay balanced and mentally healthy.
